Where is Simple Form from?

Simple Form is from Poland. It combines the skills of a stonemason and a furniture company.

What does sustainable mean?

An eco-friendly approach has been a core value for us from the start. This commitment led us to nearly eliminate the use of plastic in the packaging and delivery of our products. Additionally, we always ship our furniture flat-packed to minimize the carbon footprint.

How are products delivered?

To ensure security during transportation, easy lifting, and carrying, your order will be delivered flat-packed in several boxes. All of our furniture is preassembled, meaning that all the pieces are ready to use.

Where are products mage

Our production is locally based in Poland. The majority of our furniture and accessories are manufactured using fully automated machinery. For the parts where a human touch is necessary, we collaborate with the best professionals in the industry.

What payment methods are available?

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, and CartaS), Paypal, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer. We also support online banking through Klarna. Please be aware that if you choose the “Bank Transfer” payment method, any additional fees charged by your client’s bank during the transfer to our bank account are not our responsibility. All Simple Form bank accounts are registered in Poland.

Can i pay in installments?

We do accept payments from an online payment system Klarna that offers ”pay later” services. You can find out more about Klarna here.

Delivery & Current Order

I’m experiencing issues with delivery, what should I do?

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery process. The quickest and most efficient way to get an update on your shipping is to directly contact the carriers. You can find the carriers’ contact information in the shipping confirmation you received from us. If you encounter any difficulties with the delivery, feel free to reach out to our customer team at contact

I didn’t get an order confirmation.

Please check your spam and newsletter inboxes, as our confirmations may occasionally end up there. If you don’t find it in those folders, please submit a request.

How can i receive an update on my order?

For the quickest and easiest update on your order, reach out to our customer team. We operate Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and typically respond within 3 working days. While we consistently send regular updates on your orders via email, please be aware that these messages may occasionally end up in your spam box. Be sure to check it, as an update may already be there.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase, however, we do understand that sometimes unexpected situations occur. If you do not wish to keep your product, you may return your non-damaged and unused Simple Form purchase (sample set excluded) in its original packaging within 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Read detailed information about our return & refund policy.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We kindly request you inspect the product(s) within 14 days of delivery and inform us if anything is missing or damaged during transit. Please document any damage to the product and packaging, preferably in the presence of the carrier. This allows us to fairly assess your compensation claim. Depending on the product and your preference, we will either repair or replace your product. If that is your preference, we can also refund part or all of the value of your order.
